● Access to the site www.fabioancora.eu and the blog “LiberaMente” hosted on the site is free and open to all over 13 years of age but is regulated as follows:

● The person who comments on the articles posted must be registered on the site;

● the person who comments may freely express themselves in a critical or propositive manner, without resorting in any case to scurrilous expressions or statements, blasphemies or foul language in general, which may offend the sensitivity or political and religious orientation of the community;

● The person who comments may write with moderation, avoiding reiterations that would constitute an abuse of the use of the bulletin board itself to the detriment of the speed of interpretation of the same;

● The “links”, i.e. connections to other websites or content, and the photos that can be inserted in the bulletin board must be of general interest or critically propositive.

The following are also expressly prohibited:

the use of the page as a means to advertise a political party or a political representative;

insults of any kind, while any criticism must be respectful of the ideas of others and always within the limits of the comment and not of the insult;

apologies for political or religious ideologies, or any emphasis on the superiority of a race, ethnicity, nationality, political affiliation, ideology, religious belief, sexual orientation;

the insertion of links of a commercial or advertising nature with profit-making purposes;

sarcastic and denigrating attitudes towards subjects involved in the discussion and/or public figures;

posting links attributable to sites with pornographic and child pornography content;

● each comment posted will be published at the sole discretion of the moderator of the discussion, appointed by the owner of the site, or by the owner himself.

● The owner reserves the right to appeal to the competent Judicial Authority, if the comments received suggest a crime.
